Arlene Bozak was born in Broadview, Saskatchewan. She came to the Battlefords in 1980 and has lived at the lake since 1986. She is married to George. Together, they have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Arlene and George reside at West Chatfield Beach.

Arlene is a retired mother who prefers to work with watercolours and acrylics. She paints mostly scenery and landscapes.

Arlene attributes her interest in painting to her friend and fellow Lakeshore Artist, Lucille Lowes.

Arlene is also involved in the Cochin Community Players.
